Who this covers
UGC Factory is a private, invite-and-application platform for creators, brands and editors. Accounts are issued or approved by our team and are personal to you.
Content and rights
Content you submit for a project is licensed to UGC Factory and the paying brand for that project's advertising use. You keep the right to your own likeness and portfolio use unless a project states otherwise.
Rates and payouts
Rates are flat and set by UGC Factory before you accept work. Payouts become owed on approval as described in your dashboard, and payout requests follow the fee rules shown at request time.
Deadlines and standing
Late deliveries may result in a strike and a temporary hold on new work. Overdue items must still be delivered. One written appeal is available per hold.
Privacy
We only share what a role needs: brands never receive creator contact details, and creators never receive brand contact details. Feedback between brands and creators is relayed through our team.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the platform means you accept the current version.
